California Governor Issues Revised
List of Essential and Critical Workers
In response to COVID-19, California Gov. Gavin Newsom issued the nation's first statewide shelter-in-place Executive Order on March 19, 2020
Subsequently, the California Public Health Officer issued a list of "Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers" to clarify what workers were allowed to continue to report to jobsites outside their homes. The state's Essential Critical Infrastructure List (Sector/Jobs List) includes 13 categories of critical sectors, each with a list of "essential workforce" jobs within each sector.
Therefore Troubleshoot, Inc. staff are designated as Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers. Troubleshoot provides Communications and Information Technology services. Troubleshoot staff continue to perform service on a volunteer basis with no obligation.
Troubleshoot believes in safety first. In cases where Troubleshoot performs onsite services full protection and social distancing guidelines are followed including face masks and gloves where applicable. We also sanitize all services we come in contact with using hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray before and after contact with any keyboard, mouse or other surface encountered at a client locaton.
